Line Photography
Line photography is a technique that can be used to improve photographs. Using lines in photos can draw the eye to a certain focal point or make an image more interesting. There are six types of line photography: implied, vertical, horizontal, diagonal, curved, and leading. The main kinds of lines are horizontal, vertical, and curved. Horizontal lines go from side to side and can make a photo seem tranquil and peaceful. Vertical lines go up and down and can give off the feeling of height and strength. Curved lines can have an ‘S’ or a ‘C’ shape. Curved lines are beautiful and charming and make great photos.
