Negative Space Photography
Negative Space is the empty space around the subject in a photo. Negative Space creates powerful and dramatic images. In negative space photos, your eye is drawn to the subject because there is more emphasis put onto it due to the emptiness in the surrounding area. Using negative space while taking photos can add a lot of interest to your shot, evoke emotions effectively, strengthen your composition, and give your photo a sense of balance. The amount of negative space in an image can make or break a photo. Having too much or too little negative space makes the image look imblalanced, so it needs just the right amount to create a nice photo.
